Is there a free trial?

Yes — Starter and Program plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in your plan from day one.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What counts as a "play analyzed"?

Each snap of game film that LYVL processes counts as one play. Rewatching or re-tagging the same play does not count against your monthly limit.

Do you offer discounts for public schools?

Yes. We offer verified public school pricing on all plans. Contact our sales team to apply — we'll verify your institution and apply the discount automatically.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once per year and save you ~20% compared to monthly. You can pay by credit card or invoice for Enterprise.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. You have 30 days after cancellation to export all film, athlete profiles, and reports. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
